The Epinikia Game platform (hereinafter "the Game" or "Epinikia"), accessible at epinikiagame.com, is operated by Epinikia Foundation, a legal entity established under Swiss law, with registered offices in the Canton of Zug, Switzerland.

The Game operates as an on-chain lottery service. All draws, ticket registrations, and prize computations are recorded on a public distributed ledger, ensuring auditability and immutability of results.

All legal relations between the Game and its users are governed exclusively by Swiss law, to the exclusion of conflict-of-law provisions and the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with the Game — including its validity, breach, termination, or enforcement — shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Zug, Switzerland.

Users who access the Game from jurisdictions where lottery or gaming activities are restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk and sole responsibility. The Game accepts no liability in such circumstances.

Swiss Federal Act on Gambling (Geldspielgesetz, BGS) and applicable cantonal legislation govern the Game's gaming activities to the extent applicable.

The Game, its source code, smart contracts, brand name, logotype, graphical elements, documentation, and all associated content are the exclusive intellectual property of Epinikia Foundation or its licensors, protected under Swiss and international intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any element of the Game — in whole or in part — without prior written authorisation from Epinikia Foundation is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal proceedings.

The $EPI token design, tokenomics model, reward system architecture, and on-chain lottery mechanism described in the Epinikia Game Whitepaper are proprietary innovations of Epinikia Foundation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Epinikia Foundation expressly disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of anticipated savings.

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Epinikia Foundation does not warrant that: (i) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; (ii) results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable; or (iii) the service will meet your requirements.

The Game shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the payment of prizes resulting from network congestion, smart contract execution issues, force majeure events, regulatory interventions, or any circumstance beyond the Game's reasonable control.

Draw results, ticket registrations, and winning number computations are anchored on a public distributed ledger. This on-chain record constitutes the authoritative source of truth for all draw outcomes. In the event of any discrepancy between off-chain displays and on-chain data, the on-chain record prevails.

The cryptographic commit-reveal scheme employed by the Game ensures that winning numbers cannot be manipulated after the ticket submission deadline. The Game commits to a cryptographic hash of the entropy seed prior to the draw opening, and reveals it only after the deadline has passed. This mechanism is publicly auditable by any third party.

Users acknowledge that, due to the nature of distributed ledgers, transaction finality may take variable amounts of time and is subject to the consensus mechanism of the underlying network.

The collection and processing of personal data by the Game is governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP / nDSG) and, where applicable to European Economic Area residents, by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By using the Game, users consent to the collection, processing, and storage of the data necessary to operate the service, including but not limited to: authentication identifiers, email addresses, transaction records, IP addresses, and user-generated content.
